摘要

由于传统人工测试方法强度高、效率低，通过机器视觉方法对列车乘客信息显示器进行测试，采用LabView Vision 基于USB 3.0 相机设计实现了机器视觉检测系统，对该型显示器实现亮点、暗点、字符自动识别和自动检测。试验验证表明，该检测系统提高了测试一致性，保证了测试覆盖率，并能够精确进行故障诊断。

Abstract

Because of the high intensity and low efficiency of the traditional manual testing method, the train passenger information display should be tested by machine vision method. The machine vision testing system was designed and implemented by using LabView Vision based on USB 3.0 camera which could automatic recognition and automatic detection of high lights, dark spots and characters. The test results showed that the system improves test consistency, ensures test coverage, and could accurately diagnose faults.
