摘要

牵引控制单元（TCU）性能优劣直接影响动车组牵引传动系统的稳定性、动态响应及调速范围。为实现TCU 优化设计、全面验证，针对牵引传动系统整车硬件在环（HIL）仿真进行研究。结合混合逻辑动态 MLD 模型算法及反射内存技术，根据主电路拓扑结构，选择合理离散化方法，建立牵引变压器、四象限整流器、牵引/ 辅助逆变器、异步电机以及整车动力学等模型。考虑对仿真步长的不同需求，将上述各模型分别运行于中央处理单元或现场可编程门阵列FPGA 之中。最后，通过 4 动4 拖动车组HIL 仿真结果与实际动车组试验结果的对比，验证所研究内容的正确性和有效性。。

Abstract

The performance of traction control unit (TCU) directly affects the stability, dynamic response and speed range of EMUs. In order to realize the optimal design and comprehensive verification of TCU, the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) of traction drive system was studied. The model of transformer, four quadrant convertor, traction/auxiliary inverter, asynchronous motor and vehicle dynamics were established according to mixed logical dynamic (MLD) model algorithm, reflective memory technology, main circuit topology and rational discretization method. Considering the different requirements of the simulation step, the above models were run in the central processing unit (CPU) or the field programmable gate array (FPGA) respectively. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the research were verified by comparison between HIL simulation results of EMUs with 4M4T and actual EMUs test results.
