摘要

为确定高速列车转向架轮对系统中的关键零部件及其故障模式，引入模糊综合评判和层次分析法对传统故障模式影响与危害度分析方法进行改进，形成模糊故障模式影响与危害分析方法，降低评价过程的主观影响，优化评估结果。通过定量分析轮对零部件故障模式的危害度，并对其进行排序比较，得到各零部件以及故障模式的相对重要度，为后续转向架轮对系统的可靠性分配和维修中的故障检测和诊断提供参考。

Abstract

In order to determine the critical components and failure modes in the system of high speed train bogie, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process was used to improve the traditional FMECA, which was formed into a fuzzy FMECA. The fuzzy FMECA method could reduce the subjective impact of the evaluation process and optimize the evaluation results. By quantitatively analyzing the criticalities of the components failure modes of high speed train bogie and ranking the failure modes according to the criticality. The relative importance of each component and the failure mode was obtained, which provides references for the reliability distribution and fault detection and diagnosis of system.
