摘要

转盘轴承是铰接式转向架的关键零部件。为实现铰接式转向架连接、承载、转向等功能，设计了具有3 个套圈结构的转盘轴承。分析了转盘轴承结构，计算了转盘轴承承载安全系数。通过轴承校核和偏载试验，验证了设计的合理性，结果表明，设计的转盘轴承可以满足工作要求。

Abstract

The slewing bearing is the key part of articulated bogie. In order to realize the function of connecting, carrying and turning, three-ring structure slewing bearing was designed. The slewing bearing structure was analyzed, the load safety factor of the slewing bearing was calculated. The design rationality was verified by bearing checking and partial load experiment, which showed that the slewing bearing could meet the working requirements.
