摘要

针对列车车载视频监视系统，从国际标准的制定背景、制定过程和内容等方面，结合系统分解结构法（SBS）和功能分解结构法（FBS）进行了系统层面和功能层面的分解，简要介绍了车载监视系统的相关功能，提出了制定我国列车车载视频监视系统国家标准或行业标准的构想。

Abstract

Based on the background, preparation and contents of the video surveillance international standard, the on-board video surveillance system in both system level and functional level with the system breakdown structure (SBS) and functional breakdown structure (FBS) was analyzed, and the related functions of on-board video surveillance system were introduced. Based above, the idea was proposed to establish the national standard or industry standard in the field of on-board video surveillance system.
