Analysis of Temperature Distribution of Braking Resistor in the Outlet and Its Influence on the Equipment below Board
针对城市轨道列车实际运用情况,对地铁车辆B 型车的制动电阻出风口温度进行分析研究,通过测试及数值计算,得到在制动电阻工作过程中制动电阻器出风口的温度变化情况及温度分布特性,并据此分析了其对车下设备的影响,得出距离列车制动电阻出风口中心后方0.8~1 m 内的设备至少应耐热130℃,给车下设备的布置提供了参考。
Abstract
According to the practical application of metro vehicles, the temperature properties of brake resistor in the outlet of B type vehicles were analyzed. Though the tests and numerical calculations, the temperature variation and temperature distribution characteristics of the brake resistor in the outlet during working were obtained, and its influence on the equipment safety below the metro vehicles board was analyzed. It was obtained that the equipment should tolerate 130℃ temperature at the range of 0.8~1 m of brake resistor outlet, which would provide the reference for the setup of the equipment.
