Thermal Simulation of Roof Equipment for EMUs Pantograph Video Monitoring System
The thermal simulation of roof equipment for EMUs pantograph video monitoring system was studied by using Icepak software. The effect of grid number on simulation result and the effect of radiation heat transfer on device temperature were analyzed, and the temperature distributions of devices under different conditions were obtained. The results showed that the thermal design of roof equipment could meet the use requirement of harsh conditions such as the ambient temperature of 45 ℃ and the train stop condition.
