Strength Analysis on Railway Carbody Based on ABAQUS
根据某型机车车体结构特点,采用Hypermesh 软件建立了结构有限元模型;根据EN 12663-2010,参考UIC 566 及JIS E 7106 2006,设计了车体计算载荷工况;采用ABAQUS 软件对车体钢结构进行了静强度、疲劳强度及模态分析。强度分析结果表明,车体结构强度满足标准要求;模态分析提供了车体结构的前25 阶模态频率和模态振型,为车体系统的故障诊断和优化设计提供建议。
Abstract
The FE model of the carbody was established with Hypermesh based on the structure characteristics of locomotive; the load case design was carried out according to the EN 12663-2010, UIC 566 and JIS E 7106 2006; and the static and fatigue strength analysis and modal analysis were completed via ABAQUS. The result showed that the strength of the carbody was able to meet the requirements of the standard; and the modal frequency and modal shape of the first 25 order were also provided for the optimization of the structure and diagnosis of the potential failure of the structure.
