摘要

重点介绍了 ISO、JIS、EN、AAR 车轮标准，以及铁道行业机车车轮标准制定的背景，并对我国标准TB/T 3469—2016《机车用辗钢整体车轮》中的钢种和技术指标进行了解析。随着国产化机车车轮装车应用的扩大，通过积累数据分析，提出了对TB/T 3469—2016 需完善的内容和建议。

Abstract

The wheel standards of ISO, JIS, EN, AAR and the development background of the railway industry standards in the locomotive wheel field were introduced. The steel and technical specifications of TB/T 3469—2016 “Solid forged and rolled wheels for locomotive” were analyzed. For the application of domestic locomotive wheel gradually expanding, improvements and suggestions on TB/T 3469—2016 were proposed based on the accumulated data.
