Development of Vision Measurement System of Side Rail Pantograph Slide Wear Based on Line Structure Laser
Aiming at the Chongqing No. 3 monorail vehicle side rail pantograph slide abrasion measurement problems, a method of measuring the wear resistance of the lateral rail by using the line structure laser was proposed. Through the camera calibration, the maximum wear value of the pantograph was calculated with the pantograph wearing image processing. Prototype measurement results showed that the system was stable and reliable.
