摘要

牵引控制单元（TCU）是中国标准动车组牵引系统的核心关键部件。在分析中国标准动车组牵引控制单元系统功能的基础上，依据顶层设计，完成基于CPCI（Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect）高速数据总线的牵引控制单元硬件平台和软件平台开发与研制。自主研制的牵引控制单元在国家交流传动试验室已完成地面组合型式试验，装载自主研制牵引控制单元的中国标准动车组已在正线载客运行，装车考核状态良好，充分验证了牵引控制单元软硬件平台的可靠性、可用性。

Abstract

Traction control unit (TCU) is the key and core component of traction system on China electric multiple unit (CEMU). Based on the analysis of TCU system functions of CEMU and top-level design, the hardware and software platform of TCU based on CPCI high-speed data bus was designed and realized. Ground test in AC drive laboratory of independently developed TCU was finished, and the CEMU loaded with independently developed TCU had begun passenger operations on main line, loading appraisals well, which verified the reliability and availability of TCU hardware and software platform.
