The structure, main features and main technology parameters of self-designed aluminum alloy car body for APM vehicle were presented. With the finite element method, car body structure static strength, modal and fatigue were analyzed, the results of which showed that the strength, rigidity, stability and fatigue property of the new designed aluminum alloy drum car body was consistent with the requirement of relevant standards and technology specification.
