Design of Bi-directional DC-DC Converter for 10 kVA Virtual Synchronous Motor
虚拟同步电机由逆变器、直流变换器和系统电源3 个部分构成,与电网并联后既可以向网侧发送能量也可以从网侧吸收能量,所以直流变换器的设计要求是允许能量的双向流动。提出了采用2 个IGBT 串联,在低压侧引出中线串入升压电感的方案。试验表明该方案能实现直流变换器的升压和降压的主动切换控制,实现能量的双向流动和稳定中间直流电压。该设计的控制方法简单,稳压精度高,能满足10 kVA 新型虚拟同步电机稳压储能部分的设计要求。
Abstract
Virtual synchronous motor is composed by inverter, DC converter and system power supply. Once paralleled with the power grid, VSM could either send or absorb power, energy bi-directional flow was required in the design of DC converter. A bi-directional DC converter design scheme was provided with two series IGBT and a boost inductance in series on the neutral line of the low voltage side. The test shows that the scheme can achieve the boost and buck switching actively, energy bi-directional flow and the intermediate DC voltage stabilization. This design has the advantage of the simple control method, high precision voltage regulation, can met the voltage regulation and energy storage requirements of the new 10 kVA virtual synchronous motor.
