摘要

针对现有CRH2 型动车组在运行过程中直流电气控制电路存在偶发性故障且无法快速定位的现状，在不改变原有车辆电气线路的前提下提出了一种利用相位差磁调制技术的在线监测方案，通过仿真验证了方案的可行性，并在实际试验中完成验证。该方案实现了对电气屏柜直流电路的电流检测，为车辆的快速检修和可靠运行提供有力支持。

Abstract

Aim at the existing problem that CRH2 DC electrical control circuit sporadic fault during operation couldnot be quickly located, an online monitoring scheme based on phase difference between magnetic modulation technology without changing the original vehicle electric circuit was proposed. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by simulation and experiments. The scheme realized the DC circuit current detection of electrical cabinets, and provided strong support for the rapid repair and reliable operation of the vehicle.
