摘要

为提高基于最大转矩电流比控制的永磁同步牵引电机电流的计算精度，对现有的电流计算公式进行研究，找到了现有电流计算公式存在误差的原因，指出内置式凸极永磁同步电机的Ld 随id 的变化较小，而Lq 随iq的变化较大，需要考虑Lq 对iq 的偏导，从而提出了一种优化后的最小电流精确计算方法。对数台永磁同步牵引电机进行了试验测试，测试数据与计算数据吻合良好，证明了该最小电流精确计算方法的准确性。

Abstract

To improve the current accurate calculation of PMSM based on MTPA control mode, the classic mathematical formulawas analyzed and the cause of calculation error was found, that is, for the interior PMSM, parameter Ld almost does not change with theid value, but Lq varies with iq value greatly, so the partial derivative of Lq to iq should be considered. Based above, an optimaized accuratecalculation formula was provided. Many PMSM were test ,the experimental data was good agreement with calculating data , the accuracyof MTPA current calculation method was validated.
