摘要

在分析日本千叶悬挂式单轨车辆的总体和转向架结构基础之上，通过对其各个零部件结构和连接关系的简化处理，利用ADAMS 分析软件建立车辆仿真模型。以导向轮径向力最大值作为车辆曲线通过性能的评价指标，分别在不同车辆速度、不同走行轮侧偏刚度条件下，研究导向轮径向力的动态变化规律及其对车辆曲线通过性能的影响。结果表明，在确保车辆具有良好曲线通过性能的前提下，导向轮径向力分别随着车辆速度、走行轮侧偏刚度的增加而增大。

Abstract

On the basis of overall analyzing of suspended monorail vehicle bogie in Chiba Japan, the structure and connection of thecomponents were simplified, and the dynamic model of the vehicle by using ADAMS software was established. By using the maximumradial force of steering wheel as the evaluation index of vehicle curve negotiation performance, and considering the different vehiclespeed and the cornering stiffness of running wheel, the dynamic change rule of the radial force of steering wheel and its effect on theperformance of vehicle curve through was studied. The simulation indicates that suspended monorail vehicle has good performance incurve negotiation, and the radial force of steering wheel increases with vehicle speed and the cornering stiffness of running wheel.
