Car Body Design for SDD22 Electric-driving Diesel Locomotive Exporting to Pakistan
为了实现出口巴基斯坦的SDD22 型电传动内燃机车轴重为17.5 t 的轻量化设计目标,同时满足车体强度与刚度要求以及方便柴油发电机组的安装及拆检,车体采用了多方面的创新设计,如车体采用外悬式旁承梁、机车端部救援装置、罩式动力室模块、活动间壁、新结构车门等。采用有限元模型的计算分析方法对车架进行强度、刚度及模态计算分析表明,车体强度与刚度及模态满足要求。
Abstract
To realize the 17 t axis weight lightweight target for SDD22 electric-driving diesel locomotive exporting to Pakistan andsatisfy car body strength and stiffness requirement, as well as easy to install and remove diesel generators, new designs were adopted for thecar body, such as overhung-type bolster, locomotive end recovery device, hood-type power room module, free recuperation and new-structurecar door etc. With finite element model analysis, the strength, stiffness and modal of car body was proved satisfying requirements.
