摘要

基于轨道交通车辆目前常用的GL 型机械过滤器，提出3 种新型机械过滤器结构型式，采用二维循环对称结构建立几何模型，将SIMPLE 算法与Realizable k-ε 湍流模型相结合, 采用拉格朗日法对过滤器内气固两相流场进行模拟。着重分析了不同结构型式速度场及压力场的分布情况，并对其过滤效率和阻力特性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明，第3 种新型结构的过滤效率及系统阻力等综合性能优于常规GL 型过滤器。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the usual used GL mechanical filter, three new types of mechanical filters were put forward. The two dimension cyclic symmetric geometry model was built, and combined SIMPLE algorithm with the Realizable k-ε turbulent model and the filter inner gas-solid two-phase flow field was simulated with the Lagrange method. The velocity and pressure distributions of different types were analyzed, and the resistance features and the filtering efficiency were compared. The simulation results show that the third type of the filter has fairly good performance than the common GL type.
