Aiming to the deviations and mistakes of the standardization and system of RAMS had been carried out comprehensively in the field of rail transportation, and the problems of some systems excessive pursuit of so-called security intergrity, the risk, safety, safety integrity and other engineering applications about RAMS in the system of rail transit vehicles were discussed. The corresponding conclusion was proposed to provided reference for the implementation.
