摘要

结合不锈钢车辆的特点，综合考虑车辆限界、重量分配、设备安装和维护空间等因素，研究出一个合理的底架设备布置方案，并对螺栓选型进行了分析。经试验和上线运营验证，设备布置满足限界、轴重和轮重偏差及安装维护要求。

Abstract

Combining the characteristics of the stainless steel vehicles, considering the premise of the vehicle gauge, weight distribution and the place requirement of equipment installation and maintenance, a reasonable system layout plan was provided, as well as the selection of the bolt was analyzed. With test and operation on the line, the equipment layout was validated to satisfy the requirement of vehicle gauge, deviant of axle load and wheel load, installation and maintenance.
