摘要

介绍了快速换轨车的构成、性能参数、主要部件及设计计算。换轨车通过利用天窗时间将新钢轨快速更换无缝线路上的旧钢轨，并可以自走行进行检修作业。与传统换轨方式相比，它可以节省天窗时间，降低人工劳动强度，提高换轨作业效率。

Abstract

This article introduced the structure, performance parameters, main components and calculation of the rapid rail-replacingcar. The rail-replacing car replaced the old rail in the seamless track with new rail utilizing the open window time, and can self run formaintenance operation. Compared with the traditional rail-replacing mode, it can minimize the open window time, reduce the manualoperation strength, and improve the rail-replacing efficiency.
