摘要

基于AMESIM 仿真平台的制动系统仿真模型计算过程复杂、运算效率较低、仿真实时性差，难以适用于长大货运列车实时动态仿真，为此根据120 型分配阀工作原理，通过模型等效、动态过程简化等方法，提出一种单元车辆120 型制动系统建模方法。该方法计算过程简单，仿真效率高，同时易于参数调节和模型修改。

Abstract

Modeling and simulation of brake system based on AMESIM platform were very complex, low running effective and poor real-time ability, which maked the simulation system inappropriate for dynamic simulation of long heavy-hauled freight trains. To deal with these problems, by studying the construction and principle of 120 type distribution valves, this paper proposed a new modeling method based on an equivalent model and some simplifications, which has low computational complexity, high simulation efficiency and accuracy with easy parameter adjustment and model modifying.
