摘要

主要通过边界扫描的方式对一种高密度数字电路板进行测试，该方法可提高测试覆盖率和故障覆盖率，并能够自动进行故障诊断，定位故障点位，为最小系统及其接口电路测试提供了保证。

Abstract

With boundary-scan method, a high-density digital board was tested, which increased the test coverage and faults coverage, and could diagnose and locate faults automatically. It conquered the bottleneck problems of CPU system and its I/O circuits test.
