Positioning Error Analysis of Ultrasonic Shear Wave Detection for Railway Vehicle Shaft
针对铁路车辆车轴超声横波检测时的缺陷定位误差进行分析, 试验对比了13 mm×13 mm 和22 mm×25 mm 2 种晶片尺寸的轴用横波斜探头,发现K 值测量的偏差是造成超声横波检测车轴时缺陷定位误差较大的主要原因,为此改进了轴用横波斜探头零点校准和K 值测试的方法,提高了缺陷定位精度,同时推荐选用晶片尺寸为18 mm×18 mm或22 mm×25 mm的轴用斜探头。
Abstract
Defect positioning error of railway vehicle shaft ultrasonic wave detection was analyzed. With test comparison of the two kinds of 13mm × 13mm and 22mm × 25mm size chip shaft shear wave oblique probe, K value measured deviation was found being the chief cause of ultrasonic wave detection axle positioning error, thus, shear angle probe zero calibration and K values test method were modified to improve defect location accuracy, and 18mm × 18mm or 22mm × 25mm size chip oblique probes was recommended to use.
