摘要

为解决机车试验过程中试验模式转换繁琐及工人工作强度大的弊端，提出了一种新的同步控制系统设计方案。该设计方案提出了对变流器控制模式的改变及优化同步齿轮箱设计的方法，可方便地实现整车动态试验台车控、架控、轴控3种控制模式的转换以满足机车的各项试验需求。

Abstract

For the test patterns conversion complexity and workers high work intensity of locomotive test, a new design scheme of synchronous control system was presented. Converter control pattern changing and optimization of synchronous gear box design method was provided, which could realized vehicle dynamic test three control modes conversion of rig control, frame control and axis control conveniently to meet the locomotive test requirements.
