Simulation of Metro Vehicle Coupling Collision and Analysis of Energy Absorption Property
To research metro vehicle crash scene and energy absorption equipment devices, based on the theory of vehicle dynamics,metro vehicle collision was simulated by dynamics software, and mechanical properties of buffer, folded-collapse tube, anti-climbing energy absorption device were simulated. Taking a metro vehicle as example, several common crash conditions were calculated, and influence of wheel-rail friction coefficient and coupler contact stiffness on vehicle collision was studied.
