摘要

为确保机车车辆电子装置盐雾试验设备的检测数据准确、可靠，建立了盐雾沉降率不确定度评定的数学模型，并结合实际系统全面地分析了不确定度产生的来源，对机车车辆电子装置盐雾试验箱盐雾沉降率的测量不确定度进行评定，结果证明符合标准要求。该方法有效地保证了机车车辆电子装置外壳质量考核的正确性和良好的重现性，为装置结构改进提供了有效的指导数据。

Abstract

To ensure the testing data accurate and reliable of salt-spray test equipment, measurement model of salt-spray sedimentation ratio uncertainty evaluation was established and used to analyze uncertainty sources combining with real experiment system, based on which, sedimentation rate uncertainty of salt-spray for locomotive vehicles electronic devices was assessed, and the results met requirements of standard. This method ensured the correctness and repeatability of shell quality test of locomotive vehicles electronic devices, and provided guidance for equipments structure improvement.
