摘要

为保证动车组维修维护人员的人身安全，避免发生触电事故，提出CRH3C高速动车组设计中的钥匙锁闭概念，并阐述了其原理和过程，推广“自身安全，自我掌控，自己负责”的安全理念

Abstract

For guaranteeing safety of maintenance men and avoiding electric shock, key locking concept of the CRH3C high-speed EMUs was proposed and expounded on principle and process; at the meantime, safety idea what was called self safety, held and on duty by self was promoted.
