摘要

叙述了CRH2 型动车上C I 用热管散热器的研制过程、产品性能特点和应用前景。对热管散热器DG7027 与H1X3206 进行了比较，DG7027 散热性能已经达到和超过日本进口件，完成各项目的型式试验后，可实现批量生产。

Abstract

Development process, product performance, features and application prospects of the heat pipe radiator for CRH2 EMUs’ CI were describled. With comparison to H1X3206, domestic heat pipe radiator DG7027 has achieved and exceeded the requirement value of parts imported from Japan. After completion of type test for each item, it can realize batch production.
