摘要

从机车设计角度介绍了HXD3C机车通风冷却系统主要部件组成、结构布置、性能参数等特点，描述此系统的设计采用高度集成化、模块化的设计思路，提高了通风冷却性能，减轻了重量，使得机车总体设计更加合理。

Abstract

Ventilation and cooling system of HXD3C AC drive electric locomotive was introduced from main consisting components, structural characteristics, capability parameter etc, which adopted highly integrated and modularized design idea to improve the ventilationcooling performance, reduce weight, and make overall locomotive design more reasonable.
