摘要

介绍了HXD2 电力机车制动控制系统中应用的带F 型微动开关的紧急制动按钮性能参数，重点分析了紧急制动按钮的结构特性及工作原理，并且分析了影响紧急制动按钮工作性能的3个关键因素。应用情况表明，该紧急制动按钮性能好、故障率低、便于维修保养，但在智能控制方面还有待进一步提高。

Abstract

Performance parameters of emergency brake button with F-type micro switch applied in HXD2 electric locomotive braking control system were introduced. Structure characteristics and principle of emergency brake button were analyzed emphatically, and the 3 key factors effecting emergency brake button working were discussed. Practice showed the emergency brake button with good performance, low failure ratio, and easy maintenance but no good intelligent control.
