Operating principle of HXD3 locomotive brake and its control equipment was introduced, and reason of train pipe abnormal pressure reducing caused by control equipment was analyzed. Iteration arithmetic based on timestamp to update the position judge value of control equipment was proposed, which solved the abnormal brake problem caused by handle position locater output-value error affected by environment, and ensured the operation security of train well.
