Testing system was studied and developed which could be used for real-time collection of parameters including electric, temperature, and ventilation of each critical component on EMUs tracking drive unit. Hardware structure, basic operating principle, main functions and software design etc were introduced. With the testing system, comprehensive evaluation of cooling system working situation on high-speed EMUs tracking drive unit and time course characteristics and ventilation situation of each parameter on tracking drive critical component could be taken, which provided scientific and technical support to safe operation of high-speed EMUs.
