摘要

介绍了将LKJ列车运行监控装置基础数据结构优化的基本原理和在全路范围内进行统一编制、管理和使用的基本思路和实现方法。通过地面试验和现场上车试验，表明该基础数据应用方式可靠、高效，能够适应现场统一、灵活运用的要求。

Abstract

The principle and realization method of optimizing, uniform editing, administering and application of the basal track data used on LKJ train running monitor device in the ambit of the whole railway was introduced. The result of testing on ground as well as on board showed the application was credible and efficient, which met the uniform and flexible application requirements at practice occasion.
