Parametric Design of Railway Vehicle Axle Based on Secondary Development Technology of SolidWorks
In order to fit the requirement of modern technology development and rapid product renewal, the redevelope with VC++ based on SolidWorks platform was carried out, which implemented parametric feature modelling by parameter driving method through axle characteristic and interface designs for user. With above, a new set of parametric modeling plus-ins with vehicle axle parameter database were provided. The results indicated that it can accelerate the design and improve the quality and efficiency.
