Research of accelerated vibration test of maglev train equipment based on measured data
In view of the significant difference between maglev train and wheel-rail train on the vibration environment of on-board equipment
for the accelerated vibration test of maglev equipment
the whole vehicle vibration test of commercial maglev version 3.0 train was carried out on the high-speed maglev test line of Tongji University. According to the measured PSD obtained by the statistical tolerance method
the acceleration factor was deduced to be 5.66. Based on this
the accelerated vibration test profiles in
x
y
and
z
directions of the maglev equipment were designed. The comparison between the measured PSD and the standard PSD in IEC 61373:2010 shows that the magnitude of the measured PSD is lower than that of the standard PSD in the frequency band of 2~50 Hz
the relative deviation of the RMS values between the two is -35.3% to -59.4%
the upper limit of vibration frequency of the measured PSD is 500 Hz
higher than that of the standard PSD
which is 150 Hz. It can be seen that the magnitude of vibration of maglev equipment is lower than that of wheel-rail train
but with a wider vibration frequency band range than standard requirement. Therefore
using the measured PSD can more truly simulate the operating vibration environment of maglev equipment.
