Rail grinding vehicle simulation model was built with SIMPACK dynamics software, and lateral wheelset force, wheel loadreduction rate, derailment coefficient of the rail grinding car through small radius curve under the operating condition were calculated. Causesof derailment were analyzed, and improving suggestion from structure and the suspension parameters was provided
