为了研究机电耦合作用下高速动车组牵引变压器的振动特性,分析了牵引变压器铁心和绕组的振动机制。基于高速动车组线路振动试验,研究了停车、加速、恒速和过分相区4种工况下牵引变压器振动加速度的时频分布情况,探讨了冷却风机的影响机制,分析了牵引变压器对车体振动和车辆运行平稳性的影响。研究结果表明,在牵引变压器正常工作时,振动能量主要集中在200 Hz和300 Hz这2个频点左右,车体和冷却风机产生的振动能量占比较小,与理论分析结果一致;过分相时牵引变压器横向振动加速度有效值仅为正常工作条件下加速度有效值的7%;冷却风机转动导致牵引变压器垂向加速度有24.6 Hz及二倍频对应的振动分量;受牵引变压器的影响,车体底架加速度值增加了20%,恶化了车辆运行平稳性。
In order to investigate the vibration characteristics of traction transformer for high-speed EMU under the electromechanics coupling effect, the vibration mechanisms of core and windings of the traction transformer were analyzed. Based on the field vibration test of high-speed EMU, the vibration acceleration amplitude and frequency distribution of traction transformer were studied, considering stopping, acceleration, constant speed and passing through the neutral zone. Besides, the influence of cooling fan and the effect of traction transformer on car body and riding quality were investigated. Research results show that when the traction transformer is working normally, the vibration energy is mainly concentrated in 200 Hz and 300 Hz. The vibration energy caused by the car body and the cooling fan is a relatively small percentage. These conclusions are consistent with the theoretical analysis results. During passing through the neutral zone, lateral acceleration RMS of traction transformer is only 7% of lateral acceleration RMS during the operation of traction transformer. In the frequency domain, there are the vibration components of 24.6 Hz and second harmonic generation in vertical acceleration of traction transformer caused by cooling fan. The acceleration values of the car body underframe which is affected by traction transformer increases by 20%, which deteriorates the vehicle running stability.
