为解决智慧车站应用需求繁多、设计和建设尚无统一标准、应用项点还需实际检验和完善的问题,从城市轨道交通客运组织、乘客服务和设备维护等对智慧车站建设运营的需求出发,围绕车站综合运管平台、乘客服务、运营管理和设备管理等方面进行分析,结合当前新一代信息技术发展方向,提出了智慧车站总体构架,并明确了智慧车站建设的关键技术,为未来轨道交通车站建设和运营提供参考思路。以智慧运管平台为核心,以运营管理、运维管理和乘客服务为基础的智慧车站模式可以有效提升车站管理效率,缩短应急响应时间,降低运营管理成本,将成为智慧车站建设和推广应用的方向。
In order to solve the problems that there are many application requirements for smart stations, there is no uniform standard for design and construction, and the application items still need to be actually tested and improved, in view of the needs of urban rail transit passenger transportation organization, passenger service and equipment maintenance for the construction and operation of smart stations, the comprehensive transportation management platform, passenger service, operation management and equipment management of the station were analyzed, combined with the development direction of the current new generation of information technology, the overall structure of the smart station was proposed, which clarified the key technology of smart station construction and provided the future track reference ideas for the construction and operation of traffic stations. With the smart transportation management platform as the core, the smart station model based on operation management, operation and maintenance management and passenger services can effectively improve station management efficiency, shorten emergency response time, and reduce operation and management costs, which will become a smart station construction and promotion application direction.
