为满足动力集中动车组整备和检修作业需求,新建动力集中动车组检修设施和既有客整所升级改造工程项目日益增多。结合动力集中型动车组车辆技术参数和运营特点,对比分析与高速动车组和普速客车的异同点,针对动力集中型动车组的动力车、拖车和控制车的技术特性,类比既有成熟的电力机车和客车车辆的修程修制,提出适用于动力集中动车组的车辆运用模式和D1~D6级的修程修制;研究新建或改造动力集中动车组的检修设施设计要求,指导有关上海铁路局集团有限公司动力集中动车组检修设施新建工程和改造工程的设计工作。
In order to meet the needs of servicing and maintenance of power centralized EMU, there are more and more new maintenance facilities for power centralized EMU and upgrading and reconstruction projects for existing passenger service center. Combined with technical parameters and operation characteristics of power centralized EMU, similarities and differences with high-speed EMUs and ordinary speed trains were compared and analyzed; According to the technical characteristics of electric vehicles,trailers, and control vehicles powered by concentrated EMUs, and comparing with the existing mature repair system of electric locomotive and railway passenger car, the vehicle operation mode suitable for EMUs and the repair schedule for D1-D6 repairs were put forward. The design requirements for the newly built or renovated of the maintenance facilities for power centralized EMU were studied, which guided the design of the new construction and reconstruction project of the maintenance facilities for the power centralized EMU of Shanghai railway administration group co., ltd.
