列车发生故障时,车载设备数据记录与无线传输装置(DRWTD)接收到相应故障数据,通过无线信号实时发送给预测与健康管理(PHM)地面系统。由于DRWTD在发送周期以及通过无线传输时可能会因信号不良原因与PHM地面系统通信中断,导致PHM地面系统接收到的故障数据与原始数据出现偏差。为此,文章提出一种对故障数据进行筛选的处理模型,并且采用MapReduce并行计算,设计了基于MapReduce的CRH2型动车组网络控制系统PHM地面系统故障筛选工具软件,实现了PHM故障数据筛选的目的。
When the train fails, the on-board device DRWTD receives the corresponding fault data and sends it to PHM ground system in real time through wireless signals. Because DRWTD had transmission cycle and may interrupt communication with PHM ground system due to bad signal, the fault data received by PHM ground system would be deviated from the original data. Therefore, a processing model for fault data screening was proposed, and with MapReduce parallel computing, a fault screening software for PHM ground system of CRH2 EMU network control system based on MapReduce was designed to achieve the purpose of PHM fault data analysis and processing.
