摘要:For solving the problems of low efficiency and less generality in testing the various electrical control cabinet of railway passenger train, a general microcomputer testing bench by combining the CoDeSys soft PLC technology, FPGA technology, and Ethernet communication technology was designed. The testing bench could ensure the reliability of products and improve the efficiency of the test by constructing the development platform of CoDeSys soft PLC and designing the unit of digital input and output with the communication of the Ethernet.

摘要:Aim at the existing problem that CRH2 DC electrical control circuit sporadic fault during operation couldnot be quickly located, an online monitoring scheme based on phase difference between magnetic modulation technology without changing the original vehicle electric circuit was proposed. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by simulation and experiments. The scheme realized the DC circuit current detection of electrical cabinets, and provided strong support for the rapid repair and reliable operation of the vehicle.

摘要:By the analysis of the mathematical principle and frequency spectrum characteristics of the full wave Fourier algorithm, and the simulation of MATLAB mathematical model, the feasibility of the algorithm was demonstrated in the microcomputer based relay protection unit. Secondly, by the microcomputer relay protection unit and vehicle test, the full wave Fourier algorithm was verified with strong filtering performance, which could avoid the influence of other integer harmonic components while calculating the integer harmonics, meeting the application requirements of railway passenger vehicle microcomputer relay protection unit.
摘要:By avoiding direct contact between the power supply and train, the contactless power supply technology overcomes the drawbacks effectively of disconnection, contact spark, line wear, lightning interference power, electric shock and other accidents of contact type power supply mode, which meets the requirements about landscape along the route during route planning, and helps to solve the problems of power supply equipment redundancy and security, greatly improving the reliability of the power supply system and providing new ideas and new methods to improve the traditional power supply in the rail transportation field. The principle and the research status of the three major technical solutions at present was briefly analyzed, focused on rail transport sector electromagnetic induction coupling technology, and the existing typical application examples were analyzed in detail, as well as the application feasibility of medium speed maglev power supply was deeply thought.

摘要:Low loss is the key for high voltage Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) design and manufacture. Based on "U"- shape enhanced double diffused metal oxide semiconductor(DMOS+) cell structure, enhanced controllable punch through(CPT+), variation of lateral doping of collector(VLDC) and variation of lateral doping(VLD) termination structure, low on state loss 6 500 V IGBT& fast recovery diode (FRD) chip-set and module(750 A rated current) were developed. The test results showed that the static and dynamic characteristics as well as safe operation area (SOA) performance were competitive with competitors’ products. The CRRC 750A/6500V IGBT module could satisfy the rail transit traction application requirements of China high-speed EMUs and high power locomotive, etc.

摘要:Defects of the current DMUs power package starting circuit were analyzed, and the structure, working principle and characteristics of super capacitor were introduced. Aiming at the start situation of the current DMUs power package, power package start circuit based super capacitor was proposed, which was analyzed from the start circuit design, theoretical calculations and experimental verification, providing a reference for DMUs power package start circuit design.

摘要:Aim at the wheel diameter difference problem, influence of wheel diameter on wheel-rail contact geometrical relationship, contact spot, the maximum contact stress, creepage, vehicle stability and wheel-rail abrasion was researched. The result of calculation showed that with the increase of wheel diameter: left and right wheel rolling radius difference increased, and the equivalent conicity gradually increased with the wheel sliding; the contact spot area became large and the maximum stress decreased significantly; the wheel rail lateral and longitudinal creepage gradually decreased; the stability of the vehicle became better, and the wear became larger when the vehicle was over the curve.
摘要:To decrease the aerodynamic drag of super high-speed EMUs, integrating high-speed EMUs head type design elements at home and abroad together, a new head type for super high-speed EMUs with speed of 500 km/h was designed. Based on indicators including graphic effects, man-machine engineering, gauge, curve-passing ability, aerodynamic force and aerodynamic noise, comprehensive evaluation, shape optimization and experimental verification of aerodynamic performance for the super high-speed EMUs head type was completed. The research data could provide technical support for higher level speed EMUs design and the expansion of the aerodynamic performance database.

摘要:The main content of FKM guideline for assessing the fatigue strength was introduced, and the fatigue strength of anti-roll torsion bar was assessed by referencing FKM local stress approach, which was compared with Fe-safe. The result showed that: both of the evaluation results were consistent and the FKM guideline was more conservative, the fatigue strength of anti-roll torsion bar could meet the requirements. The fatigue damage degree of each stress component of the torsion bar obtained by the FKM guideline showed that the maximum fatigue damage of torsion bar was from the torsion bar shear stress, and the bending normal stress was the second one.
摘要:Detriment of increasing of oil temperature was analyzed, and then a different temperature test on yaw damper of a highspeed vehicles was performed. Based above, a new-type yaw damper with temperature compensation was proposed. It could be concluded that: oil temperature had a significant influence on dynamic feature of yaw damper, and lower temperature was much more obvious than higher. Aim at the detriment of increasing of oil temperature, new-type damper with temperature compensation, semi-active new-type damper based on temperature compensation and energy regenerative damper were designed to solve the problem.
摘要:The general arrangement, main technical parameters and performance of SDD22 AC/DC electric drive broad-gauge diesel locomotive exported to Pakistan were introduced, focusing on the composition and working principle of the engine, electrical system, car body and bogie, brake system and auxiliary system. The main difficult points, countermeasures, main characteristics and innovation of the locomotive were analyzed. The locomotive could satisfy the requirement of 1676mm broad-gauge and high-temperature more-sandstorm operation environment such as India, Argentina etc, and with replacing of 1520mm broad-gauge, standard gauge or meter-gauge bogie, the locomotive could also extended to Middle Asia, Africa, South America etc.

摘要:To theoretically analyze the overvoltage and overcurrent when the train runs through neutral section under traction condition and regeneration condition, the equivalent electrical circuit was developed based on T equivalent circuit of transformer. Then, expressions for the voltage and current under two different conditions at switching time were presented. Based on those expressions, solutions were suggested to avoid overvoltage and overcurrent. Theoretical analysis showed that under traction condition there was intercepting overvoltage at the instant of the switch being turned off and no surge current at the instant of switch being turned on; under regeneration condition intercepting overvoltage occured at the instant of switch being turned on and surge current existed at the instant of switch being turned on. Moreover, there was a big steady current in the latter case, so the rectifier must be blocked. Finally, the validity of the theoretical analysis was verified by simulation results.
摘要:Mathematical model of the railway signaling relay was established under the effect of heat-electricity coupling. Railway signaling relay temperature field variation under different temperature was analyzed with the finite element model considering environment temperature, and impact of the temperature was taken into consideration in the process of simulation calculation. It indicated that relay temperature rise decreased with the environmental temperature rise; Contact temperature from room temperature to the steady state temperature exponentially raised, and the thermal time constant of the resistance was calculated to deduce the theory of contact resistance temperature rise curve; Temperature had a greater impact on the contact, and contact temperature and environmental temperature were positively correlated.

摘要:According to the performance of AC-driving digital control system greatly depends on the process speed of controller, field programmable gate array(FPGA) was introduced to reduce the control period. Three-levels space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) topological structure and algorithm was introduced , and its realization with FPGA was described. The simulation and experiment results showed coincidence, and the FPGA could improved the procession speed of the controller.
摘要:In order to solve the problem that there is not test specification for the railway applied power converter noise survey, a method of noise survey for power converter based on the envelope method was proposed. The method was suitable for most of the laboratory and could make the difference between the results from laboratory measurement reproducibility standard deviation less than or equal to 3.0dB(A), which could ensure the scientific and accuracy of test data, at the same time, it was beneficial to compare the capability of noise survey between different laboratories. It also provides a practical specification for noise survey of power converter.
摘要:To improve the reliability of locomotive DC 600 V train power supply system, the scheme of adding one 400 kW power supply circuit based on the existed two power supply circuit for backup was presented, as well as adding a inverter cabinet for backup of the phase splitter, which was validated improved the reliability of the train power supply system greatly by operation test.

摘要:In order to assess product’s ability to resist impact, shock tests should be made on rolling stock equipment of railway. However, classical shock such as half-sine shock couldnot simulate the actual impact environments effectively. With the development of computer technology and environmental simulation theory, shock response spectrum test could simulate the real impact of the system by environment more realistic. Firstly, shock response spectrum and classical shock pulses were compared. Then the physical model of shock response spectrum was subjected, as well as the shock response spectrum test principles. After that, a detailed description of time-domain waveform synthesis methods and optimization algorithms was presented. Finally, an example was taken to introduce SRS test processes, which provided support for the future SRS test.

摘要:For the selection of vertical actuator on the roller testing rig, a simplified mechanical model of vertical excitation was built to characterize the independent construction of track roller system, as well as simulate the vertical actuator force under the sinusoidal displacement excitation. Then, the track irregularity on common speed line was researched, and the vertical irregularity time curve based on the inversion of track power spectrum under different typical velocity was drawn. Standard deviation of the corresponding velocity and acceleration was concluded to calculate the actuator motion parameters by “3σ-principle”. The parameter selection suggestions of roller testing rig vertical excitation mechanism were brought out, which could provide reference for roller testing rig design.

摘要:In order to reduce CPU resource occupancy rate and the software complexity for velocity measuring, a FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) technology to measure velocity and related information was adopted as a supplement of CPU. It was pointed out that this method could increase the measuring resolution and reduce the CPU occupancy rate.
摘要:The principle of the integrated cooling system on intercity EMUs was introduced, and how to calculate and select the main parts of the cooling system such as heat exchanger, water cooled heat sink, pump, fan and expansion tank was detailed. The design method of cooling system and the role of the core parts were especially introduced in detail. At last, the reasonability of the cooling system was proved by the results of the type test on the traction converter, so which could be used as a guidance for the integrated cooling system.
摘要:The research method, the technical scheme and the comprehensive test of domestic traction system for linear motor rail transit was introduced in detail. Through the test results and the comparison with the imported products, the feasibility of the research method and the technical scheme was validated. It was shown that domestic traction system was equal to the imported device in traction and brake performance, which could replace the imported system completely.
摘要:Configuration design of super capacitor energy storage device only according to the capacity and power constraints, without considering super capacitors constraints of maximum current situation, will seriously affect the service life of a super capacitor storage device. Super capacitors theory and optimizing allocation for vehicle braking energy recovery of urban rail transit vehicle were researched. Considering the two aspects of power and capacity, combining the maximum current of super capacitor optimal constraint, through theoretical analysis of the super capacitor energy storage configuration method, the optimal capacitance capacitor device configuration, the optimal depth of discharge dopt and the optimal max current Isc, max were concluded. Through Matlab simulation, the optimal configuration of super capacitor energy storage device of Nanjing metro line 1 vehicles was determined, as well as the optimal maximum current Ic, max of the control process, which would provide certain guiding significance to design of on-board capacitor energy storage system.

摘要:Vibration during disk brake process will generate brake noise and uneven contacting between brake pad and brake disk, so it is important for analysis the whole disk brake system’s performance to research the vibration characteristics of the brake disk. Based on the Japan Chiba Prefecture type 0 suspended monorail vehicle, the solid model of brake disk and brake pad was established, and a finite element analysis of free modal and constrained modal was taken out, and the preceding eight natural frequencies was obtained. Based above, the vibration characteristic of both brake disk and brake pad was analyzed, which provided the theoretical basis of brake system’s optimal design.
摘要:In view of the special track conditions, the application of the small braking control strategy was expounded from adhesive demand, control mode, the signal source, the speed limit value and logic circuit. With a detailed analysis of the feasibility and reliability of using pure air brake and pure electric braking mode, the small braking control strategy was indicated be reasonable and effective.

摘要:Aim at the problem of vehicle emergency brake distance out of limits in the regular maintenance of Nanjing metro line 1 vehicles, a conditioning brake concept of applying just air brake to clean the brake shoes on the train with high speed was introduced in the added vehicle buying project, which ensured the emergency brake distance in the limits. The basic logic and realization of conditioning brake starting, continuing and ending was expounded. The application for over one year validated the proposed scheme.
