摘要:For the purpose of improving the system reliability of electric locomotive traction, based on the study of IGBT failure mechanism and failure models, IGBT failure rates of different types of locomotives in each operating region were compared. The failure causes were analyzed, and the specific solutions were provided as well. It provided certain basis for the deep study of rail transit traction converter application reliability.

摘要:The design principle of the AC drive system in the intercity EMUs was expounded, emphasis on the key technology such the structure, the working principle and the technical characteristics, which pointed out that the integrative convertor of the AC drive system had become the mainstream technology in the intercity EMUs. At last, the expectation to the subject such as the miniaturized AC drive system and the lightweight technology of the AC drive system in the intercity EMUs was discussed.
摘要:According to the characteristics of intercity train, the necessity of intercity train bringing in ATO system from three aspects about automatic train driving, automatic closing and opening passenger doors and linkage with shielding doors in station, and automatic reverse was expounded. The additional signal interface between vehicle and ATO system after introducing ATO system into intercity train was analyzed and summarized, and the new equipment of onboard signal system in order to meet the ATO function was described. The interface design was validated in practical projects test.
摘要:Humanization design of CRH6 intercity EMUs was introduced. Based on the ergonomics theory, and according to the passengers requirement and safety, configuration of seat region, luggage location region, standing region, wheel-chair region and doors of the car was analyzed, and the on-board facility layout was demonstrated sufficiently, which improved the passenger comfort in maximum and satisfied the operation requirement of large passenger quantity, quick loading, unloading and escape.
摘要:Based on modeling and simulation, a three-phase inverter power supply was built. The inverter output voltage and current waveform were analyzed under the conditions of no load, pure resistance load and pure inductive load, and the influence of sudden loading on and loading off on output voltage for the system was studied also. The analysis showed that the applied control strategy made the inverter power supply system output voltage stable with small waveform distortion, and the system had the advantages of good stability, good robustness and anti-interference and dynamic-response performance.

摘要:The main components and control object of DMU electric drive control system for exporting Iraq were introduced. The AC-DC main drive system, auxiliary AC drive system, battery charger system and their adaptive design were discussed in detail. Application indicated the stability and good performance of the electric drive system, which adapted the climatic environment of desert and gobi sand storm and high temperature.

摘要:The effect of key parameters on the stability of heavy haul locomotive coupler was studied to rapidly estimate the bearing stability of coupler. The structure and longitudinal force principle of the heavy haul locomotive coupler were analyzed, and according to the force analysis and destabilizing condition, the maximum carrying capacity of coupler under the static conditions was calculated based on the force balance method. The results showed that : through unequal radius arc contact point sliding, heavy haul locomotive coupler could achieve reducing the actual transmission line force angle and the lateral force of coupler; heavy haul locomotive coupler required as large as possible locomotive two-lateral suspension stiffness for matching, and enough arc contact friction coefficient.

摘要:Aiming at the current collector design requirements for technical specifications of low-speed maglev train, the company independently developed current collector of maglev train was introduced, including its main parameters, structure and design feature, as well as the parameters of the spring and contact force were calculated. The structure of current collector adopted a parallelogram four bar linkage with highly reliability and stability. Prototype manufacture, testing and running on maglev train showed that the designed and developed current collector could meet the requirements of the maglev train specification with the advantages of good performances and high reliability.

摘要:The developing background, main technical parameters, and general layout and features of GCY-300II heavy-duty railway car were introduced, and the car body and frame static strength, and the performance test and application of the vehicle were summarized. The GCY-300II heavy-duty railway car has passed the test verification, which satisfied the domestic passenger dedicated line and highspeed railway maintenance requirement.
摘要:With the theoretical analysis of friction brake temperature and brake noise, and adjusting formulation and process, a new type of microporous composite brake pad was developed successfully, which had a microporous structure to effectively reduce friction heat, so that it could reduce brake temperature, decrease hot spots, cracks and spalls of brake disc, reduce brake noise and brake wear, as well as reduce the emission of dust, which is more environment friendly.
摘要:Mathematic model of ambipolar selected harmonic elimination PWM was explained briefly. The nonlinear surmounting equations of eliminating the specified harmonic were provided, and the new resolving methods for these equations were discussed, and the key parameter of switch angle was deduced. Application of SHEPWM in diesel locomotive traction converter was studied emphatically, and design of control hardware and programming based on TMS320C28335 and FPGA chip was realized. The experimental results showed the stable switching course of different switch angle without current impulse.
摘要:In order to meet the design requirement of the heatsink for auxiliary power inverter and achieve the best system matching, taking one auxiliary power inverter heatsink as study object, the heatsink thermal resistance affected by geometry parameters was analyzed, and a high power density heatsink was designed and optimized based on theoretical calculation, numerical simulation was applied to develop an analytical model for the heatsink with CFD software, which optimized the heatsink parameters. Experiment proved that simulation results were 5%~8% in error, and the simulation methods was reliability for reducing development period and design cost.

The analyzed and optimized result will be a reference for the reliability evaluation and optimize design of EMUs apron board structure.
摘要:For ensuring the operation safety, emergency brake deceleration rate of metro vehicles under low-adhesion condition was studied. Firstly, the requirements about operation under the worst condition, regulated by related standards, were presented. Secondly, the principle of braking and the influence of adhesion was described. Thirdly, the research results on the adhesion at home and abroad were introduced. At last, the variation of emergency brake deceleration rate under low-adhesion condition was studied through theoretical calculation and line test. The test results are helpful for the operators to develop the safety measures when the vehicles are operated under low-adhesion condition.
摘要:The power circuits of several urban rail transit vehicle traction systems were analyzed, and the simplification design ideas were developed. Then, a whole design method for urban rail transit vehicle traction inverter from the power circuit, electrical parameters and cooling system was provided. The simplified traction inverter could satisfy the different demands of vehicle control, bogie control, axle control. The simplification design methods for traction inverter were proved reasonable and feasible by the experimental results of the existing project, which could satisfy the urban rail transit vehicle requirement.
摘要:The reason and effect of electric braking load asymmetry for the metro vehicle were analyzed based on the metro vehicle power composition and its electric braking character. By comparing the traditional network-based coordinating electric braking load distribution methods, a self-adaption distribution method was brought forward. The practicality of the method in engineering application was researched carefully. The method was validated by experiment and operation on real line. As a result, the technology of electric braking load distribution introduced in this paper could enhance the reliability, economy and comfort of metro vehicle significantly.

摘要:Monorail train aerodynamic performance of train through the curve road under different cross-wind conditions was studied and simulation. According to the calculation data, the vehicle body longitudinal, laterally force variation and the train overturning coefficient under the different cross-wind conditions were analyzed. Reference to the relevant assessment criteria for the curve negotiation stability of high-speed trains running, the train speed limit for safe running under the cross-wind velocity 9 was obtained, which provided a basis for security of monorail running under cross-wind effects.
摘要:According to the mechanical characteristics of frame actual operations, four supernormal conditions were obtained and simulated for the static strength. The results showed that the maximum von-Mises stress was 118.181MPa, locating in the connection of stabilizing wheel and frame, which less than 293MPa, the allowable maximum stress of material Q345A. Furthermore, dynamic stress values of frame measuring points was analyzed, which measured by FAMOS in normal operation of traction curve condition. By substituting the value in Goodman fatigue limit diagram and analyzing fatigue strength, the maximum and minimum stress and stress amplitude of measurement points were proved within the range of allowable material fatigue strength, which showed that static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame met the requirements of design and operation.
摘要:The implementation of emergency traction function of train network control and diagnosis system TCMS for independent innovation 120 km/h metro vehicle in Guangzhou metro line 3 was introduced. The logic design of emergency traction mode was expounded and was proved equal to the SIEMENS SIBAS system, which was on behalf of the foreign advanced standards.

摘要:The basic characteristic of the battery electric vehicle of the Changsha metro line 2 were described. Main composition and characteristics of the electric drive system, auxiliary power supply system and network control system were introduced, and the main equipment and function of electric drive system were introduced in detail. Then, some of the new technology of the electric drive system was summarized. It has been proved that the system can achieve double power supply of catenary and traction battery, and has broad application prospects in the vehicle control performance, reliability, and environmental protection.

摘要:For reducing the metro operation cost, according to the energy consumption during the trial operation of Changsha metro line 2, the characteristics of energy consumption for propulsion, motive and lighting devices was analyzed, and the existing energy saving technical and measures were described. The effect of energy saving measures, such as regenerative braking of train, optimal control of air conditioning in station etc., were affirmed in actual operation, at the same time, the next energy saving scheme such as the regenerative electric energy absorption and utilization system was introduced.

摘要:The structural composition of the pantograph dynamic detection system in Chengdu metro line 2 was discussed, focusing on the detection system layout and the principle of detection technology. The results of practical operation showed that the application of the dynamic detection system could effectively monitor the state parameters of pantograph and improve the maintenance efficiency of pantograph in metro vehicle, so as to avoid the pantograph running with fault, improve operational quality, and ensure operational security.
