摘要

为满足CRH380A动车组牵引变流器三电平功率模块自主设计需求，结合三电平功率模块主电路结构特点，完成了三电平功率模块关键技术（IGBT驱动设计、低感复合母排设计和散热设计）的攻关，研制了满足CRH380A使用的自主三电平功率模块。试验和运行结果表明，该三电平IGBT模块性能良好，满足CRH380A高速动车组使用。

Abstract

According to the design requirements of three-level power module for traction converter of CRH380A EMUs,combining the main circuit structure characteristics of three-level main circuit power module, IGBT driving circuit, laminated busbar and radiator of three-level power module were researched and designed, and three-level IGBT power module for CRH380A EMUs was developed. The test and operation results showed that the three-level IGBT module had good performance and could meet the requirements of CRH380A EMUs.
