摘要:
为了简化传统充电机拓扑结构,并减小设备体积和重量,提高安全性,文章将双有源全桥变流器(Dual Active Bridge-Isolated Bidirectional DC/DC Converter, DAB)应用于动车充电机。针对DAB电路采用传统的单移相控制,存在功率回流以及电压不匹配时电流应力过大的问题,将双重移相控制策略引入DAB电路的控制中,通过在高压侧桥臂间增加最优内移相比,可以在实现输出电压闭环控制的同时,使DAB的回流功率达到最小,降低开关管电流应力。本文给出详细的优化算法和控制系统设计方案,采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真和试验相结合,验证了所提最优双重移相控制的正确性和可行性。
Abstract:
In order to simplify the topology structure of the traditional EMU charger, reduce the volume and weight of the equipment and improve the safety, the DAB was applied to the EMU charger. In view of the problem that the traditional single-phase-shifting (SPS) control strategy introduced too large current stress when the power was returned and the voltage did not match, a novel dual-phase-shifting control strategy was proposed, which added the optimal internal phase-shift ratio between the bridge arms of the high-voltage side to realize closed-loop control of output voltage and minimize the return power of DAB, reducing the current stress of switches. Detailed control algorithms and design procedures were presented, and MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experiment results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
